Here is what you’ll do: - Develop product knowledge including courseware, assessments, and management system functions - Conduct onsite and virtual professional development sessions to assigned clients on Center Educational Consulting solutions - Work with the appropriate district and site-level personnel to outline the implementation plan - Facilitate delivery of Center Educational Consulting professional development to meet established customer implementation goals - Work with program coordinator(s) to manage and monitor program implementation - Guide staff to align, integrate, and apply Center Educational Consulting instructional solutions to achieve learning goals/objectives - Facilitate program implementation reviews - Communicate implementation progress and shares information with all stakeholders, including the account leadership team and the Center Educational Consulting team - Pursue and achieve the renewal of professional development contracts through outstanding delivery of sessions and consulting skills which identify next steps - Complete required administrative tasks ensuring communications, schedules, and customer records are accurately maintained - Travels to various locations to perform onsite professional development sessions Here is what you’ll need: - Bachelor's degree in Education. - Two years of combined experience in the following: delivering successful professional development and/or consulting services in an educational environment; teaching and/or curriculum and instruction experience - Market specialization preferred (Elementary, Secondary or Post-Secondary) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications - Knowledge of current educational trends, research, and state-specific requirements - The ability to work independently and in a team environment - The ability to plan, organize and prioritize job responsibilities - Superior customer services skills with the ability to facilitate presentations to a large audience - Results-oriented, analytical and serves as a change agent - Exhibit effective and timely written and oral communication skills - Willingness and availability to travel locally and out of state 25% to 50% of the time - Edmentum is an equal opportunity employer.
